Sandra Greenfield

Sandra Greenfield’s successful consulting ministry is informed by over 20 years of denominational and community-based relationships. Sandra has served five congregations as settled and interim staff and the denomination as the Director of Adjunct Staff. Her denominational leadership includes being a Renaissance Module facilitator, a summer conference leader at Star Island and a Peer Facilitator for the New England Region. Sandra deepened her commitment to Unitarian Universalist congregational and community ministry through the Our Whole Lives program becoming a facilitator and a trainer of facilitators. Sandra attended Widener University where she received her Master’s in Sexuality Education and did post doc work on the intersection of sexuality and spirituality. Her community engagement in Restorative Justice includes Planned Parenthood, Victims’ Voices Heard (empathy training for incarcerated offenders), and as an advocate for victims of sexual assault on college campuses. Sandra owns her own business as an Officiant, serving families and couples with deeply personal rites of passage.

“In order to empathize with someone’s experience, you must be willing to believe them as they see it, and not how you imagine their experience to be.” ~Brene Brown
