Deborah Weiner offers more than three decades of experience working with congregations and their leaders. As a professional interim leader, teacher, coach and consultant she enjoys focusing on team-building, innovative, adaptive and collaborative leadership skills, congregational safety, conflict resolution, and maximizing volunteer and professional leadership connections. Deb has worked with the Hartford Seminary, the United Church of Christ, and many Unitarian Universalist congregations as well as other secular organizations.
