Bailey is a Unitarian Universalist Music Consultant specializing in interim/transition periods, supporting congregations as they explore their music history and imagine their music ministries in bold, new ways. In her over thirty years as a music professional, Bailey has performed as a soloist and chorister, led congregations in singing, been a congregational music director, and taught private voice lessons.
