Michele is a 30+ year religious educator with 15 years of experience with the United Methodist church and 18 years of experience with the Unitarian Universalists. She is a master-level credentialed Unitarian Universalist religious education with a masters of theological studies in Hebrew and Christian Scriptures and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Wesley Theological Seminary e focused on religious education change and transition. Her consulting skills include religious education program development, church systems, church growth, conflict resolution, and program innovation. Her consulting style is relational and adaptable to your unique needs. Michele is also available for one-on-one coaching with settled and interim religious educators as well as coaching for staff teams.
